To save a file using Internet Explorer:

1. right-click on the file
   (option-click if using Macintosh)
2. select "Save Target As..." from the pop-up context menu
3. decide where you want to save the file, and under what name
4. allow the download to complete
   (meanwhile you can start downloading other files)
5. locate the saved downloaded file(s) on your hard drive and double click on the file to open .
